CRA has completed environmental assessments on upwards of a thousand traditional service station sites and we understand the challenges and expense involved. An initial evaluation to determine whether contamination exists may cost from $10,000 to $25,000. Where tanks have reached their service life and need to be replaced, the cost for site upgrades can be in the range of $50,000 to $100,000. Where impact has been identified, either from failed pipelines or tanks, remediation costs from underground releases could easily exceed $100,000.

Ecostation®’s innovative approach takes green to a new level – above ground, resulting in a system of fuel storage and delivery that is environmentally friendly and cost-efficient.

How can CRA contribute to the development of your new Ecostation® ?

We draw upon our 30+ years of expertise and experience to offer complete site development on either new or past service station sites.

Such services include:

• Conducting an Environmental Site Assessment of the new or past service station site, as due diligence for the new development
• Conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed development, if required
• Preparing a Site plan for the proposed Ecostation®, identifying the site layout and utility services (water, sanitary, storm, power, phone)
• Preparing the traffic flow assessment for site access and egress, if required
• Obtaining approvals for the site development
• Constructing all site services, site development, and readying the site for the new Ecostation® system.
• Providing health and safety services
